I am new here, on day 3 and looking for support!

Thanks to anybody that reads and provides support. I am a 32 year old male and am 3 days into no viewing of P and no M either. I am in a little bit of a different situation as I started this whole process inadvertently by quitting a for a few days while being pretty sick. At first I had no idea where the extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and fear was coming from. Once I started putting the pieces together and figured out how dependent my brain had become on these activities I am now finally willing to admit that I am a porn addict (never really thought it to be too much of a problem before).

Like many of the stories I have been reading, so far I have zero desire to return to those activities. The struggle right now is my brain and bodies reactions to the withdrawal. The anxiety, fear, feeling of impending doom, insomnia, complete lack of appetite and on top of that the constant thought that this is my new normal (that I will always feel this way). I want to push through and continue, in my mind there is no going back. With support and encouragement from others here I believe I can do it!
