    Hey everyone.

So once in a blue moon I get high. I got high in September and I got high last night. I wasn't super high last night because I don't like being completely out of control. I just like being moderately more goofy and relaxed.

However, cannabis goes against two goals for me. One, my goal of figuring out how to NOT spend money. I spend so much all the time and I don't know why. Two, my goal of figuring out how to be present in the world without the use of porn or other substances.

So whats the secret to turning my "once in a while" use of cannabis into a "never use it ever again." kinda thing. I honestly want that to be my last time until at least December 30 2021 if not longer. Does anyone have any tips on how to do that?

While were at it, I like the idea of continuing to give stuff up. I like the idea of turning myself into something more pure. I think I need to figure out how to cut back or stop drinking coffee too. I'm not sure how to do that but I think I should try somehow. Any of you ever tried to cut back or stop drinking coffee?

While were at it, does anyone have any tips on how to spend less money?

Thanks for all your help on my problems with cannabis, money and coffee.

These are some constructive and beneficial aims, I wish you best of luck.

The classic answer here is probably that you should make a budget each month. Look on the past months and notice how you've spent your money. Then decide what you actually should spend on different categories of expenses. Keep track of every coin you spend, either using a physical journal or using an app. Invest the surplus or move it to another account for saving, rather than spending it on extravagance.

Perhaps trying to identify the triggers that led you to use it last time would help? Being aware of the triggers will make it easier to handle them. Also, the most efficient solution is probably to never expose yourself to a situation where you have access to cannabis. If you don't have it, you can't use it.
