Is this a reset?

Hi everyone,
Some might see this as a pathetic post but I’m only asking as I’m one of those people who just likes a bit of reassurance that I haven’t messed up and I’m on the right track.

earlier today I was really struggling with the urges and went to search a Pstars name and saw a photo of her clothed and on of her wearing a bikini. I then clicked off the browser as I really didn’t want to have to start over and reset the counter. Then later on in the day I downloaded a dating app for a few hours, realised that it’s actually not helping my reboot that much really so I deleted it. Are either of these considered a reset/relapse?

 

Gutting to reset but I guess it’s just another lesson learned.

 

I personally wouldn’t reset my counter over this but you were seeking it out so be careful not to let that happen again. Great job snapping out of it quickly
