    I feel tired. I can't read, I can't meditate because I lost focus, I don't have any concentration. I can't study things that I wish to.
I feel needed, I feel lonely and depeding on others for everything. I feel trash, I feel like the worst man on Earth. My eyes are heavy. My body hurts.
I just keep trying to understand the nature of drug addiction, the brain and neurotransmissors envolved. Just keep rolling in these forum trying to read about how's everyone doing.
At least the exams are gone and I think I'm about to get in university.
I really, I really hope that I will get better and be able to get in university 100%.

That's all. Just talking and opening myself here.

Hello my man, these emotional feelings are what all of us experience. You are not alone. Exactly these feelings are mutual. Sense of worthlessness, foggy brain, waking up not knowing what are you waking up for etc, lack of self confidence, guilt, shame, hopelessness all negative emotions are result of pmo addiction over years..it takes our brain atleast 3 months to remodel itself with healthy lifestyle and good company and its possible not impossible. Just hang in there and don't give up one day away from pmo is one day near to reality and happiness ...hope it helps thanks

I'm a university student and I've been where you are. Right before I started university I started nofap and I understand how bad those withdrawal symptoms are especially if you're single and even more so if your social life isn't that great. It could be that PMO sorta strung your whole routine together, like the way you were focused and able to concentrate and do the things you did before was because you knew you had a final release at the end of the day. The fact that you're having focus problems right now may have something to do with withdrawal but another and maybe even bigger factor is that your brain basically needs a change of scenery, as in it wants different things to do. I mean if this is supposed to be a big step for you (and it is) then you should demonstrate that by starting a whole new regiment. Find some new or just different hobbies to do and if you don't have school to worry about then maybe pick up a workout routine to keep you occupied and productive.

I don't have any money to do it. I just keep riding my bicycle everyday. Listen to music, reading a little bit.

I just have my stuffs to do everyday. But I just can't handle that! My eyes hurts a lot. I'm tired.

  7. Yes, it does that. It's awful. Best thing is to go fully healthy for the next hours and days. Eat the least you can, no fucking sugar, take a nap, go for a huge run. Get in activity when passivity and focus isn't there. Naps help, coffee helps, music (a whole album) helps, play a non-exciting video-game. Allow yourself entertainment, good food, it's impossible you don't feel better within 3 days.

That sounds like a pretty good routine, if you ride your bike everyday though your body is gonna get used to it overtime and you'll get diminishing gains from it but it is still very beneficial to do intensive cardio daily in general. But on top of it if you want to get fit you should consider also doing a workout at home exercise by doing bodyweight exercises and then when you get used to it start adding weights.

What helped me was vaping nicotine like a fiend lmao
