First off man, calm down. We've all been there with the triggers and the constant urges to look at that bad stuff.
Secondly, I would recommend deleting of the Instagram app and maybe even your account if possible. This way you can cut off one of the main ways that you get P-Sub images. It has been of great help to me in the past. As a matter of fact, try to disable/delete any social media that you know contains triggers.
Thirdly, if you're having problems looking at porn websites, try going online and look up guides on how to block them from your device. I'm pretty sure both modern iOS and Android devices have built-in web blocker features. As for the PC, you can either take a more technical route without the use of any software (if you want me to later I can explain to you how to block websites using this method), or you can always install plenty of applications and extensions online. Oh and one last thing: make sure you disable incognito mode in all of your devices.

Good luck to you my brudda!

I've found blockers to be be completely ineffective. They can all be circumvented when the cravings hit. Even the ones provided by your ISP.
You have to be your own blocker.

You have the desire to quit, and you have identified at least some of your triggers. There are no downsides to quitting Instagram, so I suggest you start with that. If you can't handle having a phone with internet access, downgrade to clamshell (for emergencies only, a la detox Morty). I know these are painful sacrifices, but if you are serious about this, that's your way forward. There's no magic device or software that's going to do this thing for you.

I am now using something called the bulldog blocker with a code that I don't know. I've had instagram deleted for a couple years now because the triggers and how bad social media is in general. I just occasionally use a browser to check but usually ends in pmo so I regret it.

  6. I spent much of my time today looking for good DNS servers, that can block access to P material without need to install anything.

The strongest I found so far is, CLEANBROWSING with IP:
    Prefferred DNS = 185.228.168.168
    Alternate DNS = 185.228.169.168

It seems quite strong to me, as apart the usual P websites, it blocks even the random chatting ones (which is my basic trigger), and puts also YouTube is safe mode, so you get only the clean results.
The Cons are that it also disables the youtube comments and not allows access to "mixed" material websites, like Reddit. Personally, Im willing to sacrifice these ones, as the positives are more. Oh.. and it's blocking torrents sites of course, because of those popups..

A lighter filtered DNS can be Cloudflare, with IP:
    Prefferred DNS = 1.1.1.3
    Alternate DNS = 1.0.0.3

It blocks the usual P websites, but for YouTube.. you are on your own :)

the good thing is that you can set the DNS to the router settings, so will not be easy to unset it whenever urge appears, which can do with any program installed in client computer.

Ive tried A LOT in the past. CovenantEyes is the best. Its a big more expensive but with a single account you can put it on all sorts of devices. I have it on an iPad, and iPhone, a MacBook, and an Android phone.
It takes random screenshots of your devices and analyzes whether you are "behaving" or not.
You can assign "allies" that will receive reports every few days or weekly about how you are doing and if you had an issue.
If you go to uninstall it, it will send your allies a notification that you did this. (This at times has not been enough for me, so I now have my Ally "own" my password, so I dont have the ability to take it off of my devices without him.)
It has adult filters and you can enter specific websites that might be problems for you.

Again, I've tried a lot in the past...CovenantEyes has been the best by far.

    Good luck to us all!

I use the Detoxify app, it's really good. It's $5 dollars a month and impossible to beat if you put it on the extreme setting. You can put a random code on it so you cant undo anything and you have to wait 24+ hour is you want to take it off your phone. It will literally block everything you want. You're going to have to pay for a decent blocker, no other way around it. It only protects mobile and pc though, so if you have a smart tv or console you will still have to stay strong mentally there. I put the child safe on my ISP and use Detoxify on my phone. This is cheap and works well, you'll still have to use will power with other devices. Theres a free 3 day trial, no debit/credit card needed. Check it out, won't cost you nothing.
