Don’t get me wrong, I’m very motivated and disciplined and can stick to things that are difficult (like going to the Gym constantly, meditating, stretching, cold showers etc) but sometimes I don’t see a point in this. Sure, I feel more confident but I feel it doesn’t have massive long term effects.

I know everyone is different, and I know that maybe everyone grew up with different faiths but: try to adopt a faith in Christianity, primarily Catholicism. Books like "Bowling Alone" by Robert D. Putnam and "Death of the West" by Patrick J. Buchanan, perfeclty explain what is wrong with modern society. The key takeaway is the lack of purpose and faith in something greater, and Christianity can fill this whole by making you feel fulfilled rather than happy since happiness is not the end goal of life, but rather an occassional byproduct of toil and work and faith.

Have you done it long term? Also there's all the other stuff you do to improve yiur life, NoFap isnt necessarily supposed to take up much time at all.

The point is that porn cant get you worse than you are. Even if you see no benefits in Nofap....its still better than getting worse and worse due to the affect of pornography

The point of it is to have greater enjoyment, pleasure, and fulfillment in your life than if you use porn for a long time. Getting pulled into addiction can fuck with your mind in the long run and cause all sorts of problems between your self esteem, to relationships, and potentially legal ramifications if things escalate.

If you haven't done it long term, I recommend to learn from fools like me and quit while it's still easy for you.

I'm not a believer in quitting porn for any "moral" (depending on the porn) or religious reasons.
