So i am on nofap a bit over a month and at first i had wet dreams like every 7-10 days but now they are becoming more frequent even though i didnt change anything. I had wet dreams 3 days in a row. Is it normal because i feel it isnt?
It is normal. How much time have you spent PMOing? It is all connected. I get dreams about me having sex with all the feelings with it, and it looks very real, but the funny thing about it that I never had sex in my life and I am still virgin. So yeah it is normal. It will pass. It is just your body physiology changing right with your brain.
Well i expected it at first but now when i am over a mont in reboot its really weird that i have so much wet dreams
