Gaming, procrastination, reading negative information (e.g news and media), eating unhealthy and in general, being lazy. All this in someways comes back to PMO and other mental issues.
Depends on how much gaming time there is. Some days I could play for 12+hrs, and others it's a minimal as half an hour. The key is moderation.
yeah true but i game occasionally these days so not a big issue for me, i have youtube addiction though just like you have for gaming, i watch pc related and some other tech videos mainly
My worst habit is food, since it became a comfort it has been harder than my PMO addiction to overcome, its still a problem but I gotten a lot better thanks to fasting, also lost 40 pounds. Its still a problem cause I don't always eat healthy cause of it.
I always tend to obsess over and then research what I can't have or have been told not to do. I usually hear something like, "that was the grossest movie ever" or "drugs are bad". Then a couple days later I've learned all there is to know about Cannibal Holocaust and that you can put cocaine in your butt.
Like some others, comfort eating. I'm 90 pounds away from my ideal weight. I lost 50 lbs a few years back and have kept off 40. If/when I can lose the remaining 90, all things will have been conquered in my life, unless something utterly shitty pops up suddenly - Ha! But, even that would be circumstantial, not substantial to who I am and what I have/will become (minus all addiction obstacles) in face of any challenge or suffering that life might bring. Oh well, dare to dream. . .
apart from common addiction like youtube, procastination......'I care a lot about what other people think of me' I cannot live in freedom without breaking this habit.
Mindless Internet browsing. I've blocked all these stupid websites I waste time on now like youtube and certain subreddits. Its so nice to just sit down and eat food without entertainment or background noise.
so you hate youtube because it make u less productive yet you making video for youtube so other people is less productive im kinda confuse here
