I'm now on day 23 of my reboot. The past 3 days my dreams have become increasing more sexual. Last night was so vivid! I dreamt I was having sex and eiaculated in my dream... I instantly woke up. Luckily checking my boxers I hadn't had a wet dream but I had a rock hard erection that lasted for a good twenty minutes even though I was thinking about other things the option of pmo was felt quite strong. Luckily I managed to resist!

Is there a way to control your dreams or what mind set do u have waken up after a dream like that?

People recommend meditation... it does seem to make sense why and I can see why meditation would help something like this.

I'm on day 23 as well bro, keep it up! I've also had more sexual dreams, some very lucid. I also used to practice trying to enter lucid dreams for a long time and know certain tricks that can help you control dreams.

You can practice doing 'reality checks' every hour; things like trying to read something or trying to press your hand threw walls. In your dreams things that are written will rarely say the same thing if you look at it twice or you will be able to press your hand threw walls. If you practice doing 'reality checks' every hour, your subconscious will continue to do this, even in your dreams. This gives you more control over any dream state you are in.

Seems kind of intense, but it works! Best of luck on your way to a month free of PMO.

Well, if you woke up and were fully up and at 'em I'd look at it as a positive sign. If you've had ED at all because of PMO it's a reminder that things still definitely can work.

Try prayer. (if you are religious, if not (as I used to be 4 months ago) then you can give it a shot anyway...)

I was praying after waking up from sexual dreams.

Literally I had my hands connected through fingers and was praying till I have fallen a sleep.

(Sometimes, I was shaking with urge during the night but the prayer has always helped)

Also I was watching american christian movies.

It helped me with values and made the urge to go away...

Also make sure that you have enough physical activity. It will make you to sleep better.

I once had a medical situation that required that I avoid dairy products for three months. I'd always been a big milk-drinker, but I thought that it would be easy enough. It wasn't. I craved milk more with each passing day. I remember dreaming of eating dry powdered milk from a gallon-size tin can with a large serving spoon. It's natural to dream of anything to which you have been accustomed when you are suddenly deprived of it. Sexual release is no different. While I won't dismiss the notion of dream control or lucid dreaming that some report, that seems like too much trouble to me. I just don't take any dreams all that seriously. As for the peak of desire that naturally follows a sexual dream, any time that you can experience a spontaneous urge and survive without giving in is just one more step in your rebooting process. That is how the mind learns to get by without the dopamine fix for which it's begging.
