    i relapsed today, ended a 164 day streak.
    before starting nofap, i used to watch some GROSS stuff.
    but when i was browsing porn today, i just couldn't get myself to watch that stuff. like, i was disgusted.
    obviously, im not cured, but i certainly have improved.

    so for any of the people who doubt whether nofap works or not, heres another proof.

    I really like your attitude! That is exactly the spirit we need when we relapse. You sound completely unashamed and just accept what happened. And not only are you learning your lesson from it, but you even use the experience of relapsing in a positive way to teach others about the factuality of a porn reboot.
    That's really powerful. I just felt like pointing that out in case you don't realize how awesome you are :)
