Lightheadedness / Tingling Feet

So, at one other stage (around day 60 or so if I recall correctly) and now (I shut off my counter recently but I'm somewhere in the low to mid 300s)... I've been experiencing occasional lightheadedness. Doesn't have anything to do with sexual experiences like seeing a hot girl or talking to one or whatever... it tends to happen in the evening.

As for the other part of the thread title... something that does seem tied to sexual experiences is tingling and sometimes numbness in my feet. My stomach used to be tense when I talked to women after I started fapping regularly, but lately it seems more relaxed and that is always accompanied by interesting feelings in my legs, and what I described about my feet. It's not a cause for concern like the uncomfortable lightheadedness but it is a pretty damn pronounced feeling and clearly tied to this NoFap campaign of mine.

Has anyone had similar experiences or do any of you have ideas about what could be going on?

 

Not since I began Nofap. At the contrary, my health and energy are skyrocketing.
But I did remember experiencing the lightheadedness during my studies, after long days of work (especially after spending a day in front of a screen) and too little sleep. For the foot thing, the last time I remember feeling stuff like that... well I don't really remember because I collapsed in the seconds that followed (breaking my teeth while falling on my cup of coffee... 2nd worst experience of my life...).
If your health is good, maybe it's just a weird side effect of NoFap. Else, discuss about it with your doctor next time you see him!
