I see nothing wrong with masturbating and I feel like I'm missing out on it

For my religion, I want to be convinced that I'm not missing out on anything by avoiding what is natural. Yet also be reminded of why it is plausible by medical science to resist my urges.

Whats natural about unloading a bunch of reproductive cells into a tissue? The only natural sexual activity is vaginal sex with a woman without protection or birth control, thats all its for. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have sex with your partners with condoms and stuff, that can bring more love to a healthy relationship. But if we are talking about what's truely natural, its definitely not masturbation. Stay strong, move forward.

Edit: Wanted to edit this to clarify I don't want to shame anyone who masturbates or anything, its just the distinction between NATURAL and NORMAL. Its 100 percent normal to masturbate, its just not necessarily natural to me as you are activating your reproductive reward centers in your brain that are naturally meant to incentivize reproduction and bonding with another human being. But masturbation alone it totally normal, just IMO not "natural".
