    Hi guys I have hit 50 days of NoFap.. I feel my hair has grown a lot my skins appears to be more brighter, more energy.. however I still get some urges and slight wet dreams.

    50 days awesome man.
    Did you see any improvement in your erection quality? I have pied, that's the main reason I started nofap. I'm on my 12th day.

    I accidentally saw a naked picture. It dragged me back to those memories.
    It was a gradual process till I relapsed out of frustration.

    Yes I have change my dietary.. lesss fast food junk food. Drinking more water and eating fruit and vegetable.. cut back on fizzy drink and especially crisp Becuase there is so much artificial like the flavouring
