    Hello I am an addict. I have abstained for one week. Been pmo every day since i was 13. I will post here from now on instead of pmo. You are all warriors tbh i commend anyone who have been clean for more than one week. Imma keep trying no matter what i already lost too much due to being a peice of shit porn addicted loser. I can be better if i just do what i intended to do instead of justifying relapses! I am not petfect! But i know what needs to be done i will OWN my mistakes and OWN this addiction by telling those urges to get lost!

    Stay strong brother. I started watching porn at 10 so i know how it feels. Delete your social media asap. Its a distraction from your true potential. In the next 3 years do you want to go on high streaks? Or do you want to stay stuck. Look at the long run never tell yourself tomorrow. Start now. Take cold showers daily start investing your money and start working out and lifting weights. Dress better and live your best life free from Porn.
