    Hello everyone

    I’m a 28 year old male. Currently on my 23rd day of no PMO and this is my 3rd stint and so far my best. It’s not my longest streak at all but this time I just have a clear mind. Before my mind would just constantly thinks about sex and porn all day. From the moment I would wake up until it was time to go to bed my mind was always clogged up with fantasies and other things. The main thing that would stay in my mind was my weak erection since it’s something I’ve had for about 14 years. This time I’m more control of where my mind goes and have boosted my self esteem. For some reason though with this reboot I’ve been having dreams of sex these past 3-4 nights. None of them wet dreams and I’m pretty good about brushing it off by not letting the images longer in my head but I wonder if anyone has had constant dreams of sex during their reboot? I’ve hardly had dreams of sex at all during my entire life but I’m just curious as to why they’ve been so frequent recently.

    It's funny you should ask, because I had a really vivid erotic dream last night. But I would say that being on my streak has not affected how frequently I have dreams like that.

    Once I got past a certain stage on my streak, my fantasies during the day really declined. I always feel like the urges etc. are pretty maniacal the 1st two weeks, but then it becomes a progressively more manageable. If you feel at your stage like your horniness is still escalating on the streak, that's not to say anything is wrong with you. We are all unique and we all reboot differently. But no matter what, you are on the right track. Just continue to fight temptation and good things will happen. I promise.

    I've always been skeptical of the more fantastical benefits / Superpowers touted by the NoFap community but I can tell you as a matter of fact that the 90 Reset is 100% real. I feel a level of control over my sexual desires that I didn't know existed. I hope you get there as well. Sending good vibes your way.
