  7. Don't make this a habit man! Edging is just as bad as pmo. It's can cause Ed as bad as pmo. Get a blocking software if you want to actually walk in freedom.

  9. Yea man same thing. Your p addicted brain it trying to cling for anything for a easy dopamine hit. The sooner you see the truth the quicker you will recover! It's kinda like a heroin addict switching from mainlining h to snorting morphine. Not technically as bad but still a terrible idea!

    We just can't even think about fantasy and certainly keep the hands out as much as possible. Future you will thank you! Give it 7 days totally clean and you will feal so much better. I find over 7 days to be where I really start to see improvement. And the month mark is really great. Call pmo out for what it is! And no excuses to yourself that is how you grow :)

  18. Yeah. And by viewing p and edging that will almost guaranteed ED. Watching P stimulates the brain far beyond what natural stimulus does. If you want to recover I'd highly recommend quitting viewing anything or you'll be in for a similar experience to that guy.
    9 months seems a long time though.

  20. I personally think that is a cop out. You can use filters and blockers to restrict your access. It's not easy but the benefits far out way the lie you currently believe. Quiting porn really isn't giving up anything we seem to believe that it's our right to orgasm when we want. But in reality orgasm only needs to happen with procreation.
    Nevertheless if you think the occasional MO will help then try it. But I will warn you the chaser effect is as bad as with p and most of the time people end up fully relapsing. Protip get a filter. And grow up quicker. Once you've been clean a while your brain starts operating like a mature adult again. The way you perceive things now will will drastically improve a month from now if you just put all this silly stuff behind you. Grow into the man your supposed to be. Don't stay stunted by flooding it with dopamine. Honestly watching without mo is as bad if not worse than just a quick mo. You can do this question is how bad do you want it?
