Hello my name is Jorge, I wanted to write my progress here so I have to come every day and keep updating. I will do 21 days without Porn, I can not do masturbation or orgasm because I am in a relationship and right now my girlfriend is traveling, so sometimes we do our thing with video chat, I know is not the best but still is not every single day so is not very heavy the impact. So a little brief I have been with this problem for like 6 years I think, and the last 3 years I am trying to stop it. Right now I have better habits so I will try to reach 21 days without looking Porn for the first time since started doing it. Hey man I am currently on day 4 with PM (I also have a girlfriend and it is not in my personal goals to give up sex) so don't give and you can get there. Relapsing can happen to all of us. What I advise you to do is install a porn blocker and also when you are bored come here and say your experince of the day or spend time helping others and participating in conversatons. THis really helps. I hope best of luck.
Too true, Heyo12345. My biggest trigger is in the morning right after the gym. It used to be that as soon as I got back from the gym I would shower and then edge. But I've changed that routine; now, right after the gym, I shower, get some coffee, and sit down at my computer and log on to this site. It helps me to get my mind right before I face the day and any triggers that may be waiting for me.
i am a pathetic loser who think only aim in life is porn. now i am on day 4 .yesterday get an urge . but nothing happend beacuase i have a porn blocker installed .and it does it work very well.so my advice is set a blocker and type a pin with eyes closed . so you will not know whats the pin is .use this method . porn will be failed
My biggest triggers occur in the morning and evening, usually when I'm tired. I think it's because it's easier for me to lose my focus when I'm tired. A lot of the following suggestions have already been mentioned, but I'll say them again, if anything to show that they work. So, first thing in the morning, I grab some form of caffeine, turn on some motivational music and hop onto this site. Then I exercise for a few minutes and take a cold shower. At end of the day I listen to music again while I come back to the site. Sometimes I'll meditate before bed which helps. Anyway, the point is, find a routine that works for you.

Hello everyone, today I made my first day. I am happy about it, I had a tough days but i kind of reach bottom. In my city we can't go out for Covid so it is a little hard for me being home all day, still like I said today was like the bottom point. Today I watched a movie and I saw a good but simple lesson that I wanted to share: Sometimes we live in autopilot and we forget that we can "choose to believe" in us, is like doing this challenge we said to ourselves we want to do it and we will do it, but sometimes we just say words and don't believe in them. So i just wanted to remember you guys to really choose to believe in you. Good luck to everyone

Hello everyone, today is my day 4, and I am very happy because first is my longer attempt this year and second because I feel great with a lot of energy and peace. I have been working in my routine, I am waking up at 6 am, sleeping early, putting plane mode my cellphone at 10 Pm, and putting all devices far from bed, also when i wake up i am doing exercise, I have to work more in the routine in the afternoon but i am working on it. Hello everyone, today I lost. I am okay I just lost my concentration but still I am proud of me because I achieved 5 days and it was my best streak this year so now I am going for more. I had bad habits at the end of the day, first I ate very bad and then I played video games until late and I know that two actions are triggered for me. So new streak more discipline and better habits, lets do it

Hello there, today was a hard day, too much time alone and some problems with my gf that didn't help. I am kind of frustrated, I am trying to be positive and move forward but yes is hard, I guess you understand me.
