Relapsed after 60 days

    Hey guys,
    I am suffering from PIED, I don’t know the exact time when it started, but I am trying to cure myself since April 2020. But couldn’t maintain my streak for long time. Yesterday was my highest streak of all time (60 days). Unfortunately I masturbated yesterday but without watching porn and without imagining about any lady in my mind. So my question is, since I haven’t watched porn, is my streak still valid or should I start my journey again?

    60 days wow... Congrats!
    U r a hero. Remember u r actually not suffering from anything, even PIED. Try meditation for 5 min a day or 10 min a day in early morning. U should have a high esteem that's all.

    If ur goal was to abstain from PMO, MO counts as a relapse and resets ur streak. Doesnt mean u should beat urself up about it though. The fact that u didnt use P is still a small victory. Just get back up on the horse.

    I am married recently. But now I took challenge for no PMO for 90 days.

    So, in the middle of my journey if I do sex with my partner is this allow ? Or will it count at relapse ?

    NB : I am suffering low libido, & ED problems . Don't have any sexual desire.

    I would say, 60 days is an amazing achievement. Keep up the great work and go at it again. On the other hand, I would consider the streak a reset because you masturbated and orgasmed. But keeping out the porn was the great choice.
