    i will be happy i hope
    i really really want it
    its very hard to make progress in life with depression and anxiety, low willpower low motivation
    i want to be happy, i cant live like this

    I dont know whether depression and anxiety are causes of or symptoms of PMO addiction, but i do know that a lot of people here have them.

    None of us are where we want to be in life. The key is to enjoy the journey, focus on the small wins and dont sweat the setbacks. Because in order to become the person you want to be, you need to forgive yourself for being the way you are now.
