    So a month and 7 days since I abstained from masturbation, but one "fine" day off, I finished in a dream. Before going to bed, I had thoughts about sex, but I could not get them out of my head, I just fell asleep. The funny thing is that in my dream I dreamed that I was finishing.     You can't really pervent them once you're sleeping. Nocturnal emssions are not considered a relapse by any means- it's the body's way to get rid of old semen. What you could do, I guess, is try and kill any horny thoughts before bed. Mby a cold shower could help? Good luck!
