Last night, i was scrolling on youtube.Suddenly a video was recommended in which some woman was on bikini in a beach and they were dancing. They were really hot. I just saw this video for 2 minute and got arouse.
Is this video equal to porn? Is it harmful anyhow for my brain?

It is pornography in a certain sense, but it is not anywhere to the degree that we are used too.
From what it sounds like you clicked on the video in a moment of weakness. Yet when you stood on that cliff just about to plunge yourself once more into that evil, you realized yourself and pulled away.
I would not consider this a relapse if that is what you are asking.
If you or I intentionally went out and searched such videos and binged them, that would be quite different.

It's a porn substitute, a psub, artificial sexual stimulation.

Even though this isn't considered a pornographic video, if you're getting aroused by it, then it is the exact same thing that is happening in your brain when you get aroused by something that is considered pornographic.

Really the most important thing is your behaviour on it though. So not intentionally trying to search and look at this stuff for arousal is obviously best, not masturbating to it is obviously best. But even if you did masturbate to it for 5 minutes, even this is much better than searching tons more videos, while masturbating, and the worst thing you can do is edge while your masturbating, while searching and looking at tons of different content.

You should avoid watching such videos. But don't over think it. You closed it, that's what's important.

It was a source of dopamine, you got a boost of motivation from it. Your energy levels changed. Your system geared up for some sh**. On the level of the brain chemistry, it is the same thing. So, in a sense, I would disagree with MindfulWarrior on this in particular.

I concur with skaterdrew about the difference between intention and something accidental. Certainly, an accident. An accident that can be avoided, however.

No, it is not a relapse ,but leads to do M and O in the majority of the cases.

Personally if I did it I would not count it as a relapse. But it really depends on your standards.
