Watching a movie that has a hot chick in it....urge

Wanting my wife to dress like the girl in the movie...reminds me of how I try to model my sex life with my wife based off unrealistic sex acting on porn.

How when I see some curves on some of the nurses at work and my junk starts to feel that energy....

Tomorrow morning which I think now is almost a week is my first day off. This is when I usually wake up surf the internet which inevitably follows right into some porn watching...

I just can't stop thinking about how hot some of those freakin chicks are on some of those videos...some of my favorites... and of course the gratification that comes with the masturbation....

But the f*$king guilt afterwards. unbelievably frustrating.

I hope to resort to the forums tomorrow.

I will not look at porn....I will not masturbate tomorrow morning... I will not orgasm.... I will stay busy and do something productive. I will ignore the urges....

  2. You can do this. Install blockers on your devices and do not look at women's bodies, instead look in the eyes and just if you need it. And PMO always leads you to a quickly pleasure of 5 seconds, you can instead choose this short term pleasure that destroy ourselves, or get out of the addiction and focus on something else: your own life, work, family, personal projects, voluntary work, etc.

Ita good that you can recognize those urges and the reasons for them.

As for solving them, just keep going hard mode, if you look at women's bodies, develop your discipline to look in the eyes instead, develop a healthier routine after each time waking up, like instead of watching your phone, just immediatly make your bad and brush your teeth, just forget about your phone for a period of time after waking up.

As I said, keep going, let your brain rewire, but remember that the urges won't necessarily go away after a certain period of time, instead you need to learn to turn those urges into something productive, distract yourself for them.
But no matter what, don't give in to them! Be disciplined!
