Brother stay strong, you have been through hard times. But how much can you take before you say let's be finish with this. Life wants to show you something it wants to see how much you can take how much you can handle. Life is beautiful but you have to accept the good and the bad as beautiful. My advice is buy idk if your gonna take it. Get as jacked as possible at 60 naturally and I mean as jacked in a year. Then when you have your hormones all balanced out one day decide that your gonna sit there and meditate on your depression sit there the whole day get a notepad and see what you can write down. From there one when you find what you were looking for that's up to you to decide what to do next
