Yes, it is clear that porn has lots of adverse effects either physical and psychological. But ı cant understand that normal sex which we watch our partner is harmless but watching the same scene on a screen is harmful?

Actually, if you want to think more, ı can extend the question like "sex vs masturbation+porn".
Both of them include vision+hearing+physical stimulation. but why although sex is totally harmless and natural, masturbation+porn is really harmful. How does the physical presence of the opposite sex turn this equation into a useful one?

I think this question hides some important and critical things behind it.

I am waiting for your science-based answers. Thank you...
(sorry if ı had some grammar or any general English mistakes)

I've think about this recently and I came up with an answer,

First, we must define "normal sex", normal sex means sex with one partner based on love and trust and all that good things, however, too much sex is actually not good for you too. Sex addicts exist, they are basically just like PMOer, they feel terrible inside, and they just seem to not be able to control their desire to have sex, thus banging anyone, everyone they can. "Normal sex" to us is healthy sex. Having sex daily, with different people, with increasing kink stuff, results in the same thing as porn because it generates the same chemical.

Second, porn is way worse than actual sex even though they produce the same chemical, however, real-life sex requires actual effort, you need to talk to a woman, or be in a relationship, all in all, you get motivated to do so, however, women are status sensitive beings, thus, a man motivated to get more women, men tries harder to increase status, motivation. (Though I wouldn't recommend this sort of eccentric motivation.) Porn is so terribly easy to access that it had become a problem to young man and woman because all you have to do, is sit or lay down, works done. Thus people won't find motivated to talk to woman, increase their status because they no longer see the point of it, why go through all the effort when I can just move my fingers and I can have "sex" with all these different women online without moving.

Hope I answered your question well, good luck nofap.
