90 Day Self Improvement Challenge

    Greetings! As I restart my streak, I have decided that I must improve my discipline if I am to better myself, get the most out of NoFap, and get rid of Porn and Masturbation for good.

    To do that, I shall be focusing on 4 habits to build for the next 3 months:
    1. Daily Meditation
    2. Exercise at least 4x per week for >= 30 minutes
    3. 1 Hour of Personal/ Career development daily. For me, this will be things like reading, coding, side projects, and the like.
    4. 10 Pages of nonfiction reading daily. (I would like to build a beneficial reading habit, so I would count any progress made under #3 here for now. I may reevaluate this after 30 days)
    There are more habits that I want to build and include, but this will be my main target for the next 90 days. I'll be reporting my progress daily here starting from later today, and if I do slack on certain days, I will confess it here.

    I invite everyone to join me in this challenge. Lets go!

    Day 0

    So I did spend 1 hour on coding. However, I did not read the pages of nonfiction nor did the meditation I set out to do. It could be because I was distracted and exhausted with cleaning up parts of the house, but there was also a bit of a lazy factor there.

    Today will count as Day 0. Day 1 will hopefully have better results

    I did end up doing everything but the exercise routine today, so overall things went much better today than yesterday. I ended up reading a book called Structures: Or Why Things Don't Fall Down. It's definitely a good read so far and does show you a bit more about how engineers think.

    I hope to get the exercise in tomorrow!

    So I did end up exercising today, but I didn't do the rest of my habits for the day. I believe this was in part due to me relying on going to youtube and other addictive sites (not PMO ones) as soon as I woke up. I hope to start fixing that tomorrow

    I'm glad to say that yesterday, I ended up doing all 4 habits I have set out to do. Now I shall work on getting it done more consistently at a set time

    I've gotten better on consistency in some areas like meditation. Still need to work on it for others

    Ok so I have been slacking off on the points other than meditation today and yesterday. I really don't like admitting it, especially after seeing it here, but here it is. I will work on getting the other points done consistently, however, and I will keep working on it for the entire summer until I fully nail all 4 of them.

    Day.... 9, I think?

    So today was definitely a much greater improvement, if I still haven't quite set myself up for those habits. While on the previous 2 days I only remained consistent with meditation and a bit of exercise, I have gone through all 4 of the habits today as well, albeit I only coded for ~20 minutes instead of 1 hour. I have done most of it in the morning, so I hope to have a routine down by the end of next week

    Wow I am really bad at keeping towards the daily updates. So, aside from a few days, I have been mostly doing meditation. However, on tuesday and yesterday, I have completed all parts of the habits I want to build with the exception of ~20 minutes of development instead of 1 hour.

    Ok so aside from meditation, which I have been doing daily, I have been rather negligent about progressing on my habits for the past week. I spent a lot of my time daily on entertainment that rarely makes me think. For me, specifically, that would be fanfiction, especially really good fanfiction. There's a loooot of crap there, but there are some interesting ideas or ones that seem pretty good, but my problem is that I spend a lot of the day on it to the point where I go ahead and have 20 different internet apps on my phone to get around the restrictions I set for myself on my computer and phone.

    I have deleted a lot of those apps save for the few that I actually need, and hopefully through that, I can make more progress on attaining my desired outcomes as I listed earlier this month.
