Various factors make it hard to determine based on how heavy your addiction is, your personality, your age etc. The common sentiment is hit 90 days to lay a foundation to your new life. Then afterword it can take anywhere from 6-10 months to multiple years.

 

For me, about 65 days.

 

A doctor once said at least 90 days and it can last up to 6months or even a year until your dopamine receptors are fully recovered.
But if you do HARDMODE and don‘t care about any triggers it will speed up the recovery definitely.
