The natural recovery process

    After being on NoFap for a over a year, and joining the online streak in May of this year, one of the main points I will add to my personal journey about rebooting is the fact that recovering takes time. It isn’t something that you can just quit straight away and say “Yay I’m totally different now!”. I really think that’s why it’s important you don’t beat yourself up on a relapse if you end up giving in to an urge. Set a goal so you can reach that goal, and it doesn’t have to be much. It could be; for example, from this day forward I will go 14 days (2 weeks) without any PMO. Afterward, once you have reached that goal, you can set another one - like a month or so - and see how you go from there.

    Yeah, me personally I stopped with the streak stuff. I tried hard mode, but it was not the time for it, so I started with easy mode. I think its better to not count the days, and just work on self improvement. Start with the basics and then move on from there...
