6 months of no pmo now and idk if i made progress

Hello. everyone i’m 15 and had extreme pied where porn was turning me on. The first month i was getting turned on and relapsed by beating once. After that i stopped and completely took porn out my life. After that i noticed my pencils sensitivity decreased. I started to not have good erections. Now currently i get involuntary erections sometimes at school i get a erection like how i used to but it’s not the full erection and idk if it will hold i remember last time i had a random erection and it held for a bit but idk I need help
