    Good morning brothers!

I would like to exchange some experiences and opinions with you. I got the feeling that my testosterone is exploding when I sleep - I had the tenth (!) wet dream last night. This is strange, but when I think about the first wet dreams on this journey, the current ones were kind of harmless. I mean: I do not have the aura directly in the morning and the energy boost isn't the same, but I feel good, calm and relaxed.

The first six or seven wet dreams made me feel like shit. I thought this is the most unfair enemy I've ever had to fight; I tried out everything, but I couldn't control it (and still can't).

Nevertheless I want it to stop. What do you think? Does it end with time? Do I need more patience? Do you got similiar experiences? Do you got some secret techniques?

I know that wet dreams are a sign for a healthy sexual system in general, but I hope they are not a constant state of being, are they? That would be screwed. I'm not a teenager in his puberty.

So: please feel free to respond to this. I need a conversation with you to know how I have to continue.

It’s not uncommon for me to have wet dreams when I’m trying to quit PMO. They usually happen about a week after I stop. I don’t have them every night, and they are usually just once or twice. But I feel embarrassed and shameful when I do. But you can’t focus on the negatives, you’re overcoming an addiction and need to keep your head on straight. There are changes happening. For me I’m used to PMO everyday, so when I stop my body wants to keep doing it. Not sure if that helps, I’m no doctor just giving my experience.

In my humble opinion, there is nothing wrong with such dreams, but I find it odd that they happen to you so often, I dont know how often you PMOd, but it may be related to it; in my case, I had one a few days ago and found it to be very nice, I hadnt had one in years and wokeup fresh and delighted; a clear sign of my previuos condition was when I wokeup with the urges after having a dream looking at a screen(!) but this time was somthing natural and beuatyfull, and with no urges at all.
I think you shouldnt worry about it (depending on their nature), instead think of it like an exaust valve, on the other hand, you can try to gain conciusness in your dreams and fly; I do it with nightmares, I just think: this is not real, and I start soaring the skies! but I wouldnt run from one of those , still, be carefull of the chaser efect.

Wet dreams are a sign of your emotional stability being off during sleep, the body wants balance and it will try to obtain this using the path of least resistance which is a wet dream to get you to bust and feel good enough to go back to a neutral state(but doing that is short term, your body doesn't know that's not a true solution).

So what do you do? Meditate 5 mins before bed and make sure you're in a good emotional state before sleep.

Well, most of the time the wet dreams comes from succubus that invade in our dreams, having porn/or sexual fantasies, thoughts, flashies while sleeping. We must be aware of those things because they're DEMONIC!!!
