    I'm freaking out after a hard 34 day flatline.Now I'm aroused by every female ,even from who I rationally think are ugly. it's insane hope my taste will get normal.

    I've had worse experiences, you can go on the old spectrum or on the opposite one.
    I'd rather have awkward boners than M like a pathetic fool over some girls/guys that only care about themselves.
    On a side-note there is nothing wrong with getting boners, you either hate them or accept them. You got a boner, so what? Leave it alone and it will go away.

Once you have achieved illumination you are able to manifest your thoughts. LIke Satan said to Jesus, 'turn the stones into bread', same sort of thing with sexual desire. Like Freud said, insane people stimulate themselves, arouse themselves with their mind and then are consumed with resisting. but also this is most common trick of the devil, to telepathically stimulate you with sexual thoughts, it is a form of slow murder/torture. The solution is to make yourself impermeable to evil telepathy. Also once you make yourself impermeable to evil telepathy, the good telepathy floods in and you are filled with the Holy Borg, aka the Holy Spirit. The Power of all. Out of many One.

    It's like that U2 song (I forget the name), "Don't say that later will be better / now you're stuck in a moment / and you can't get out of it /" which, from my pov, addresses the fact that when we stop and look outside of what we're feeling -- part of being mindful -- we can better handle what's happening in the moment. I don't know what its like for you, but for me the arrousal was usually accompanied by a panicky feeling. Mindfulness wasn't the complete answer, I think keeping a strong vision of what life looked like outside of PMO helped me the most, (this was like a little, five-six second montage movie I played in my head) but it can be a valuable piece of the tool kit. But sometimes, man, it can get so intense, the only answer is to go outside and just walk or run for hours.

    Try looking up mindfulness videos on youtube. This helped me out early on. Takes a little practice to get used to (though not get 'good' at, because there's no such thing in mindfulness).

    Whatever you choose, you can do it! I believe in you.
