Completely brain dead

i noticed that too. black tea + st johns wort was a blast the first day, but anything past that was growing evermore horrible.

i have been avoiding meat, as it makes me feel filthy and tired.
milk and cheese is sort of fine. eggs are depression-time-bombs.

anything the likes of fruit and "alive" will help.
cucumbers, salat, raw unprocessed whole fruits, but even just some carrot juice may help.

other than diet.. i personally feel that resting, and prolonged sleeping is a better choice, thna beign a youtube-zombie.

Speaking of streamign services: watch soemthing with a plot and that you are invested in. Series or movies -not 60 videos with garbage topics that only minorly interest or benefit you.

i enjoy resting while having my mind wander, as i listen to lectures about runes, animism or talks about japanese history -just as a example.

 

My brain is also dead bro, reaaaaaally feels numb, I don‘t know if it is from PMO but what else can it be -.-

 

It surely is from PMO. Just remember how full of life you were before PMO.

 

this would explain why quitting caffeine reduces anxiety big time. It did for me, at least. I gave it up almost 3 years ago and all that background anxiety I thought was normal fell off by like 90%
