Any advice,it seems like nothing is working

    it all started when i was around 9 ish,my uncle who was like 15 at the time came to the room with my brother and i and looked up "Pussy" on the computer ,so i was a lil boy and looked at the screen and then glanced away,but i was aroused i left the room right after that, next thing i remember is that i would come from school and from time to time I would just go to porn sites and watch it masturbating just watching it,and it was super stimulating,a couple weeks or months pass by and masturbated for the first time it was something extraordinary for my young mind, from there i think i would do it here and there ,the rest is a blur up until 5th grade when i remember being in my room and watching porn and sometimes masturbating but having nightmares at night cause of it,and from there it started escalating to more frequently,but i wouldn't masturbate on Sundays because of religious reasons,from there i started masturbating and watching more porn till it became a daily thing,fast forward i was in 8th grade and i had a girlfriend ,i was a shy kid but also very charming and akward at times but had my moments of confidence,but i had a girlfriend and she was the first person i made out with and it was a very very good feeling,so we slowly started moving further where i would grab her butt and tities ,and slowly working our way up, one day we have sex and i remember me being able to acheice an erection but i didnt ejaculate because i stopped because her mom was coming,after that i remember we would trade nudes and she would send me videos,i remember the quality of erections started going down but i didn't pay much attention to.it,time passed by and she would come over and i would get all worried Because i was affraid of not being able to stay hard,but she would come and i would get hard but only through stimulation,and i would cum relatively quickly,as time passed I had more girlfriends and started to realize i could get hard to porn ,i had to stimulate myself to maintain a semi hard erection,i had alot of different encounters with women,and i did penetrate but i would always ejaculate very quickly amd my erections weren't good ,so the when i started my reboot and i would stop and start and awlays would relapse,now i do i get aroused by women but my erections arent good,im on a 17 day streak from porn,but i have 88 days clean overall,I believe I have severe Pied.ive had kissing and touching moments with my recent girl and i get partial erections but then they go away and dont last,
    what should i do to recover faster, any tips?

  2. Lots and lots and lots of exercise. You are fixated on woman. Turn your attention to developing yourself. Your sexual desires aren’t ever going to go away. You must learn how to harness and channel them. Whatever you are doing (work, school, music, whatever) get religious about the gym. That it attracts women is very secondary to the fact that it’ll make you feel much better about yourself. It won’t make the porn go away but it’ll help.

    Here's a list of things that have really helped me throughout my reboot. In truth I don't think there is anything that can 'speed up' a reboot, only things that can improve the quality of your reboot and 'lessen the blow'. If 189 days is your number until being cured, only a negative lifestyle can slow that down.

    DO's
    • 7 hours sleep (No more than 8 hours)
    • Healthy eating (Proteins and Healthy Fats if you can)
    • Regular exercise
    • Meditation
    • Socialise with others
    • Be intimate with someone (without O)
    DON'T
    • PMO (Those of us suffering PIED really need hard mode to see real progress quickly)
    • Avoid eating junk food regularly
    • Sugar (Sugar will increase your urges without a doubt)
    • Social Media
    • No Alcohol or Drugs (Avoid binging alcohol - no drugs whatsoever)
    • Keep Video Games, TV etc. to a minimum for the first few months (if you can)
