Geting out of bed. Doing 10 to 30 mins of meditation. Reading a book or books. Doing push-ups until failure. Writting. Drawing.
Keeping it very simple: 1. Don't M - no edging. 2. Don't look at P - ever. 3. Don't fantasize/remember old P I liked. After that, do whatever i want and live. Just in this - I'm succeeding with the whole reason why I'm here, and so everything else is going forward for me. Of course, I have my own morals and integrity that's separate - but with being here and my goals with this - I find it really helpful for myself to keep it really simple. The rest for me really works itself out. By committing to the first three things - it forces me to go forward - regardless of anything - because it often is and has gotten to the point of either go forward or go backwards - only those two options. So it all works out.
1. I continue to work on my discipline 2. i have made P not an option for me 3. work out 4. I have some legos by my desk and if i get a really strong urge that will be hard to handle I will build something for 5 mins and the urge goes away. 5. I get on here to help others and read old things i have written so i can remember why i started.

Well shit, looks like i'm the only one that waits it out lol, but say im on the computer and i see a trigger, i immediately close the tab, simply open up a new one and do whatever, ill still have an urge but it will die down, the key is to get rid of the trigger at once and to restrict what you do after the trigger . . .
Most of what has been mentioned above but what gets my mind off strong urges is the game Tetris. If your brain is going on auto pilot and you're not being able to shake off the thoughts just start playing tetris. You have to concentrate on the game and all other thoughts go out the window. Easily downloadable on phones. Been an enjoyable life saver.
