I think it will depend on how much time was spent actually PMO'ing. Eg: 10 years doing it 2 hours a day is probably pretty similar to 20 years 1 hour a day, and the amount of edging will also be a big factor. So amount of years is (I suspect) only one variable.

For me, it's 38 years, about 1-2 hours a day, full on edging, as a rough average. A fair bit of variation over that time - after 25 years I started cutting back significantly, but not enough for things to not get slowly worse.

i am addicted for 18 years so i need 18 months (540 days) .

I once head it said that for every one negative or poisonous thought that is planted in your mind, it takes 100 positive or healing thoughts to undo it. Healing isn't so easy as 5 or 24 months, perhaps, as most guys soon find out trying to recover from this poisonous addiction.
