About to hit 28 days... Every time I have an urge, I look in this chat, along with others, just to remind myself that I'm not alone in this. S/O to the people in this group that's kept me grounded. Appreciate y'all ✊

 

I couldn't believe this book is epic it's real it's priceless. This book book really helped me , I have almost 0 urges for pmo and I really think it's stupid and feel unnecessary for me pmo Really feel like it's no a part of my life anymore this time. I recommend you guys to read or listen to this book .
This time like I said I have no stragglers at all , it become my past in the really fast way after 17 years of suffering the darkness

Yes this audiobook really helped me as well....Here's the audio portion so anyone can just follow along with the book that Hiwa put on here!

I recommend if you consider reading this that to make the time, and not say it's too long.....It is long, but worth the minutes invested, and surely better than wasting the minutes with "PMO!!"

Yep definitely worth it! It's also got a website if you'd rather read than to listen. It's been a massive help!

One thing I took from the easypease method that I really liked:
Don't think you're being deprived. That you're "giving something up". The truth is, you're not missing out on anything.
What have you really lost by escaping from the P trap? Absolutely nothing. All you have is gains.
So don't doubt your decision for a moment.
From the moment you closed the browser in your final session, you've become a non-user.
You're not waiting for things to magically become better: they already are.

Please do give the audiobook a listen, it's been a great help for me personally.

Thanks for posting the podcast of the SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION ebook. I read that ebook and it really helped me control my mind and brainwashing I've undergone. It's a nice book to read....I read it instead of listening to the podcast.

Doing my best to conquer the 30 day No Nut November and then do the 90 day reboot. Please God help me!
