Day #1 sober.

Omg, thank you so much. Will listen to it while I'm working out.

I realized that I need to overcome this now or never. I can never allow myself to relapse again. Whatever it takes, I must do.

The damage to my emotions and thoughts due to porn is incalculable. It's buried my emotions and made me have all these repressed feelings from the past and all my life. It made me obsessive and compulsive even in my real life romantic relationships, and the crazy thing is, even when I had a hot, young, sexy, seductive girlfriend, I felt I didn't get enough sex, and resorted to porn to regulate my emotions. That's insane. Never again.

I'm taking this year to work on this aggressively, and making sure to implement systems and protocols to never ever go back to this shit again in my life.

Last night, I started to fap without porn, but quickly stopped. So I didn't relapse, but I was close.

I need support, encouragement, and success stories to motivate me through this journey.

Thanks for the support. I didn't have much cravings yesterday, but I know they are there, and just waiting for me to feel stressed, anxious, scared, and lonely to arise again.

I've made it through No Nut November without Porn. I've only had problems with urges along the way and its really hard when I'm lonely but I'm keeping myself clean.
Thanks for that book by Allen Carr....I keep coming back to it again and again for my recovery during this process of no-PMO.

Day 7 and am not going to give up anytime soon, there are so many benefits without PMO.
Am now getting my confident back, I can now stare into someone eye's while walking or talking which wasn't there before and i woke up this morning with a very strong morning wood which lasted for several minutes, that's progress.
