I just cant tell how my life has radically changed. It has been a long time fighting with PMO. Now am a victor! This deamon of PMO has tortured me for a long time. It caused me depression, anxiety, shyness, lack of selfesteem, lack of confidence, severe memory and brain imparements, brain fog, lazyness but all this is now lone gone from me and as days go by, they continue weathering off me. Since quiting, girls notice me. Am no longer lonely or depressed. Am more social and outgoing. My goal is to now reach 150 days. Nofap has saved my life. I thank God for helping me quit PMO. Special thanks also go to my fellow fapstranaunts. Hope this motivates you guys. Once afain, I wish you all the best guys.
Great, congratulations. But please do not imagine total freedom and rest - we will always have urges in life - probably until 6 hours after we're in the grave. Please keep up the good habits and virtues you've learned, but be ever vigilant against temptations or teasing your urges and temptations - these will lead to a fall again, which we don't want for you. You are indeed in a good place now, and hassles may not be a daily thing for you. Feels great, doesn't it? Yet, vigilance must be a daily task, yet it becomes as routine as brushing your teeth - that's the good part. Best wishes.
@programer I have these problems too despite the fact that I have everything, good looks, great physique etc I still don't have a girlfriend. Many guys even ask me that why is such a case but due to the problems you mentioned you were having before, I just can not go anywhere but In Sha ALLAH I will get rid of this addiction by this year. The trick is to go to a brainwash as one fellow member posted on this forum a few days ago to read as many anti-porn articles to re-wire our brain. Don't think of me as a terrorist please! Because I am not
@programer good one. Watch out your thoughts. Follow your passion. Work hard to fulfill your dreams All the best
I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.. I suffer from everything you listed and I've tried many times to quit but I keep relapsing. I'm hoping this time is different!
Congratulations and well done. Just keep doing the very same things you did over that last 120 days and you will get the same results. 120 days is the beginning, and a good one at that. All the best !
