No Nut December - Let's go!!!!

Coasting into day 4 here. Not looking to be naive but I feel geared up for this, with goals in mind. Key thing is the psychological boost of starting the new year (which we place a lot of emphasis on turning a new leaf) with a whole entire month of clarity and resilience under my belt! I know from previous streaks how important that mindset can be around the new year! Onwards we march

Another December day clean (current streak 19th day)

 

Going into day 4. I actually had very strong urges today because my wife was gone for 4 hours, but I resisted and will get through today.

 

11 days for me. Feeling really stressed buying new house. But making time tonight for self care.

December 5. Yesterday I felt some urges and had a dream of sexual content. No urges today so far, another day clean.

 

Sunday since I last watched P, just need to keep it up

 

12 days. Must keep going!

 

My fight also continues-I’ve just hit 20 Day streak (record!)

 

Day 2 here guys…woke up with a weak semi erection….No urges, overall feeling ok.

Dec 3rd, 4th and 5th success.

 

December 6. Holding up just fine.

 

6th day of December & 10th of current streak. Starting to feel the second week tiredness I always get. I know it will go away eventually and come back and go etc so not too worried about it. I am doing okay, glad to see yall doing good as well. Some urges rose to the surface when I was watching Finnish independence show on tv today. (I am finnish myself) During that they interviewed some people going to swim in the ice lake after sauna (such a Finnish thing to broadcast haha) anyways someone was changing clothes and in the end of the interview the camera started looking around the place and there was a girl without a top and when she realized that she turned around. Flashed for the entire nation since I guess we all watch the independence show at some point. But yeah after that I got some urges. I need to focus today but so far I have no intention of relapsing, the feeling is just present in my head but my body just feels tired and I do not have any physical urges to do anything.

I am also on a plus one year challenge and I will update here and there every once in a while, but for sure not daily. Stay strong yall!
