Dopamine detox challenge

  2. not getting nearer to my goals in the first part of the week. Today I'm here again, reading what I've said and hope to ground me soon ...
     
  3. ... But for the rest of the day and for tomorrow: only healthy food. No excuse!
     
  4. I'm sorry, I forgot that I had to reset in this challenge because of MO. I did it this morning. It is certainly a bad habit, in this case I was oversleeping already and then this is another thing that holds me from starting in the day. Also I had very scenes on my head with former girlfriend and their friends ... it was very porn-like. objectifying and not healthy, I admit.

    But for me it is much more important to stay not go on pornsites or start fishing online. But ok, I'm Nazgul now and I hope that I get my MO under control soon, not just a little bit, but real abstinence. Maybe I can unlearn it.


    One thing that helps me: in my workroom I sit in front of the windows and I don't use curtains, not even when it's dark outside. In daylight probably nobody really sees me, but I can be seen and I know it, that's what makes the difference.

    2.Tv- Entertainment
    3.Sleep
    4.Exercise:
    5. Prayer:
    6. Meditation:
    7. Reading:
    8. Level of physiological response (stress/anxiety etc. 1-10)

    Each of these points is on a 1-10 continuous scale:

    1.Screen time iPhone
    2.Tv- Entertainment
    3.Sleep score
    4.Exercise
    5. Prayer
    6. Meditation
    7. Reading
    8. Level of physiological response (stress/anxiety etc. 1-10)
    9. Caffeine
    10. Social intelligence
