Hello! I am 20 y/o boy. I am away from masturbating for 30 days and my previous strike was about 2.5 months. I can stay away from masturbation upto 30 days easily but when I did reset sometimes I've masturbated 2 times/day. Now coming to my question. About 50 days ago when I was pooping I felt something was stucked into my p. after a while I saw thick white jelly like thing was leaking I was very afraid then. I did some searching and found it was prostate fluid because of bowel movement. but I think it's happening frequently. besides I've no problems like frequent urination problem, or buring urine [sometimes happens but not frequent at all] I did reset about 31 days ago I was doing fine my body felt awesome but last week and today morning the same thing happened to me. some thick semi transparent liquid leaked from my p when Defecating. sometimes I feel pain on lower belly but it's not that noticable and are not frequent at all. Now I want to know if someone has faced the same issue as mine and. [Leaking from p while Defecating/Pooping] I want to know if someone has recovered from this condition. If yes how did it recover? I've searched the forum for the answer but I didn't got the answer because most of the op is not active no longer. [happened last week] I know Reseting is not the solution. I am a Muslim. We've to pray 5 times a day and I've having difficulties because when we discharge semen whe have to perform full bath before going for prayer. Masturbation is prohabitted in Islam but my bad some how I missed that. I am full determined to get myself out from masturbation.

I don't know...I didn't have this particular problem, but raw juices have helped me in many other ways, including constipation and regular bowel movements. It's just a suggestion...worth a try
I think my prostate is regenerating fluid like before when I used to M.bate daily. That can be the issue. My body needs to understand when and how to discharge excess fluids and it might take time also I think the prostate gland is becoming full so it's enlarging and when it gets pressed by rectum it's discharging fluid. Moreover I just bypassed wetdream somehow just before the climax last night. Maybe that can be the reason. Little update: After the discharge of Saturday I felt my pressure was gone; lower belly pain vanished at night; Yesterday I felt I got my peeing speed back It may sound funny but It really happened. What you are experiencing is normal body function of a male. Like others said, your prostate gets full and releases when stimulation happens. Using the bathroom, squats and lifting or clinching your butt of you are holding in a poop. All of these are normal. Don’t sweat, is not semen so you should be able to pray without cleansing.
Yeah, this happens to me when on a streak. It hasn't really stopped for me, just comes and goes. Fantasizing makes it worse for me.
I am considering this type of discharge as normal because somehow I am not getting wet dreams [(woke up just before the climax/ deny in dreams ) 3-4 times] and not masturbating. Never really kept track since a lot of guys said it was normal. Id say it starts at around 14-21 days into a streak for me, maybe every 7-14 days thereafter. Less fantasizing reduces the issue. Search for "leakage" to find more threads on the subject.
