Hey all. I'm 28 days into my reboot and I feel like garbage. I've had tons of health issues over the years that I am still dealing with on and off (Chronic Lyme, bartonella, GERD etc) so its hard to distinguish what is the reboot and what is the other stuff, but here's how I feel.

    Headaches
    Constant sore throats
    Sinus pain
    Dry Mouth, Eyes and Skin
    Sore Joints and Back
    Random Rapid Heart rate
    Feeling tired all the time
    Burning Feeling in my sternum
    Nausea

Has anyone had issues like this?

    Congrats on the 28 days!

To be honest, it sounds like a separate issue my man, i don't believe that list is related to not fapping..

Have you tried cleaning up your diet? eating more veggies / fruit / beans / and nuts / seeds?

  3. Do you reckon that PMO had anything to do with the onset of all those conditions/symptoms you've dealt with over the years?

I'm currently at 28 days as well and having the same symptoms(except nausea and burning sternum). However I should mention that my daughter tested positive for Covid 8 days ago and I'm pretty sure I got it as well along with everyone else in the house. Its fairly mild though and most likely Omicron.

Are you sure you don't have Omicron/covid?

Definitely. I've been trying to eat better lately as the stomach issues are really getting bad.

I'm not sure, I've been trying to figure that out as there does seem to be a pattern for sure.

I'm pretty sure yes. I had a Covid test last week and it was negative.

  6. Give it some thought and feel free to get back to me. I have an autoimmune condition with ZERO history of such things in my family. I'm 99% certain it was brought on by PMO.

And by the way, C0V1D tests are a joke and completely meaningless. They can't tell you whether or not you're sick with anything whatsoever. It's part of the reason that countless healthy people have gotten back positive results and vise versa, it's also part of the reason that you can get 8 positive results and 12 negative results from various sites in a single day.

  7. Sorting through garbage isn't fun but has to be done sometimes.
What if you dropped a small diamond into your trash can by accident? You would have to dump out your trash can and sort through all the stinky yucky garbage to find it.
Well, that diamond is you. The real unblemished you. Deep inside underneath all those layers of accumulated shit.
All your symptoms are related to your health, whether it's porn addiction or sinus trouble.
Fasting is one way to rapidly start cleansing the body....start working towards mindfulness and body awareness, one step at a time, you can do it if you want it bad enough.

Okay, try and make this a priority, what you put in your body has a direct impact on your health and well-being, aim for more plant-based foods and slowly phase out dairy, meat (animal products in general) and over time you will feel amazing, trust me.

  9. It's hard enough to get certain nutrients from diet as it is and you're advising him to go vegan? Most vegans who don't supplement heavily aren't exactly the healthiest people around and there's a reason for that. Getting rid of dairy is one thing and easily justifiable but quitting all animal based products is definitely not for everyone.

Each to their own, this is just my opinion and views, its been helpful for me and i'm glad to have found this information, so why not pass it along to someone who sounds like they may need it?

As you said, its not for ''everyone'', but it can work for some people, so its always worth trying, seeing how your body responds and then decide if it's something that works for you :)

Though guys can have some of those withdrawal symptoms you described, some or all could be unrelated to your addiction.

You need to go to a doctor to make sure what the case here is.
