Whenever I take a shower I usually end up masturbating in there. I try not to but I find it extremely difficult since I am not wearing any clothes. I was hoping for some advice on how to prevent this. I have tried planning out my showers (Like what I will do in there specifically) but this still doesn't seem to work that well. This is pretty bad for me and since if I masturbate I end up 1st not showering properly and I feel unclean, and 2nd I fell super tired after the shower and I waste a ton of time. Any advice would be appreciated
A rather simple but uncomfortable solution would be taking a cold shower? If you feel it doesn't help you clean up properly maybe turn on the hot water once to rinse the shampoo and then switch back to using cold water.
Cold shower will help a lot. If you can't do it, use your pants in the bathroom (even better, do both!). Hope this helps!
Thanks Ignus I shall Try this out. Unfortunately I am not sure I can try pants in shower since I dont want my family members to know about my masturbation addiction and wearing pants to the shower is slightly out of character. But I shall definitely be trying out Cold Showers. I seriously appreciate the advice since I am a newbie to NoFap.
Nice advice already. I usually don't masturbate in the shower. But I started listening to some music recently it is quite relaxing. Maybe putting on some music could distract you enough to not feel tempted. You could also set a timer and only shower for a short amount of time at least now and then. Take care
