Flatline and physical appearance?

I've been going through a terrible flatline for three weeks now. Brain fog, severe depression, no motivation, insomnia and other sleep disturbances, you know the drill. But has anyone else noticed that their physical appearance changed for the worse when they hit a steep flatline? It's like my face aged five years overnight. I always look tired and pale, I have the eyes of a heroin addict, and even my hair is limp and lifeless. Is is normal for a flatline to last this long and affect your physical appearance? I know it's part of the recovery, but it's such a frigaround feeling like this for almost a month.

 

Yeah, I look a lot better than I did back when I posted this. There isn't really anything you can do other than wait it out. It will get better though.
