Semen leakage after bike riding

  1. I am experiencing semen leakage after a bike ride not at other times??? Anyone has same issue???

    I had semen leakage especially past 3 weeks of nofap. This is my own opinion, but I think semen leakage occurs because your body was used to replacing semen way more frequently that you are currently doing. I mainly had it in the mornings, but it resolved sometime before day 90. Was okay after. I'd suggest that that the important thing is to not look at porn/stimulating images for pleasure not masturbate etc. It's going to be difficult and you will notice some things, but just stay the course, get clean and try to lead a normal life after. Of course, if it's excessive, there's pain or anything like that then seek medical advice.

  3. I have no issues at other times, but only after riding bike I get these leakages. In my earlier streaks didn't experience this. No pain, nothing it is happening in this streak. I will wait till 90 days. If this continues, will relapse and start again as I get different problems in different streaks.

    Uhm, what do you mean you'll relapse? Just finish 90 days and start having sex or get into a relationship or something. I think it's very flawed decision to choose to relapse because you have leakage.

    I'm a cyclist. I've never heard of that (although I haven't looked). Make sure you are sitting on your sit bones, not resting on your perineum. Your sit bones are part of your pelvis, you can feel them under your butt cheeks inside/under your hip (in the back). You may have to:
    • Lower your saddle. You should have a slight bend in the knee at the bottom of the stroke.
    • Move your saddle back. A plumb line from the bottom of your kneecap should bisect the pedal when the crank is all the way forward. It can be further back, but not in front. Further forward can hurt your knees, and can pull you onto the nose of the saddle all the time.
    • Get a wider saddle.
    • Make sure your saddle is level, or the tip is SLIGHTLY elevated. This keeps you from scooting forward.
    • Raise your handlebar. You don't need it any more than a couple inches below the saddle - even with the saddle, or higher is ok.
    • Get a shorter stem. You should have a slight bend in your elbows in all positions.

    If you have a mountain bike, that all goes, but if your saddle is REALLY low - like you can put your heel on the ground when seated - or you have a super cushy saddle - that could be a problem too.
     
  8. I ride motorbike not cycle. I get these leakages only after riding motorbike not at other times. Should I stop riding or will these leakages stop overtime???. At present I'm in flatline of my 53rd day of nofap. Do I get benefits of nofap after reboot with these leakages???
