Hello guys! Today was horrible day, just waste all my valuable time in watching porn and masturbation. Today I just decided to stop it and throw it from my life forever. My goal is don’t watch pornography and avoid musturbation for life time!
Good luck! Discipline and focus is what it all comes down to. Also, personally, it really helped me jump start my no-pmo journey, reading the many success stories here on the forums. I want to be free from this and I hope you will be too!
Hey, great luck to you. I am new to this site but just saying, what if you decided just to stop for one whole day? And then after that success, go for a whole day the next day? Set yourself up for many successes!
I’m very appreciate all of your kind answers and support. It helps a lot to go through this battle not alone. Thank you!
You said that you want to throw PMO away from your life forever. This is where a lot of guys on this site fail. They don't say 'forever', but for 'one day, then there will be another' and so on. It's great to finally see someone saying 'forever'! That's the right kind of attitude a real warrior should have. Examples of two people: Person A: "I'll take on 90 days challenge of NoPMO, and then I'll see what happens." Person B: "I'll take on 90 days challenge of NoPMO, and this will give me strength to be more conscious and live without PMO forever." Which person wins? The one who takes on one step forward knowing that it will carry him forward still. Great to see your attitude! God bless, stay strong!
it was really from my practical experience. I was free 120 days than 30 days. I was existing without it and was happy and successful. I realised now it’s completely useless and I can live without watching pornography and masturbation. Recently I was make some stupid mistakes and again fall down to this vicious circle. Enough is enough. Now I realise this useless activity and ready to give it up forever!
Even as a new member, I knew the OP's words here would get many different reactions. Some say he is foolish for using the word "forever." Others say the "forever" mindset is the only way to have the commitment to succeed. What I said above was based solely on my individual experience. Whenever I said "forever" or "never again" or "last time," I always failed and felt like shit. It seems like others have done this too. So this time I am going with 90 days and yes, only then will I feel able to see what is next. But that's just me. No matter if we agree with the idea of forever, we can all agree that we wish for the OP to find success.
After a serious reboot with serious rules (let's say the classical 90 days) you generally still feel urges, but you're conscious enough to stop them with much less effort than before. So, step by step. Just carry those steps on until forever.
