    I have some good news to share. I am 26 years old and I am getting married in 6 months and our goal is to become parents next year. Life is beautiful right now and I am very grateful.

    Without Nofap I don't think any of this would be possible. Thanks to all of you and especially to Gary Wilson (RIP) who made me aware of the harmful effects of porn on the brain during his TED talk.
