    Hello my name is priyanshu keshrwani and i am a student and today is my first day to nofap not atually first but to writting a theard it is . As many people had started there habit of faping I too by hearing form someone and then searching on youtube to just know and as it is that addictive you stuk over there that's how I get into the addiction and as all are suffering I too but form 4 years I want to move on from there but due to some error or anything that make this back in your life like depretion or succesive failears but after so much furstation I took my mobile and again seache for my masterbation story there I found a young person who is sharing his journy so I wached it and found nofap website and start using but I procastinate just because of the fear of newneness and tonight I finaly decided to write . This is my first thead and I hop we all will overcome it verysoon

    Well I'm a new member too. And I would like to say that I was also suffering for almost , actually from the start if you know what I mean.
    I tried many times, and failed many times too. But I can happily say that in last 3-4 months I have only masturbated 3 times and looked at porn only once( by accident).
    So don't be afraid to try and fail. As long as you keep trying you will get there and over time you will see things change.
    Let's do this together.

    Oh and CONGRATULATIONS for taking first step.
