  5. How To Do Ashwini Mudra:

    There are some simple steps that will explain how to do this Ashwini Mudra.

    1. First of all, sit in any comfortable seating posture and place the hands with palm pointing upwards on the thighs or the knees.
    2. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths with the awareness of the breathing process.
    3. Now take out the breath and by pulling the stomach inward, bring the awareness to the anus or bowel movement place, shrink the anus and penis together for 1-2 seconds, then release.
    4. Keep this process going.
    5. After this, fill the breath again and practice it again, leaving the breath out.
    6. Practice this as much as you can. This exercise can be done up to a hundred times.
    7. If you have increased your capacity considerably by doing this, you can also apply it with Kumbhak ( Internal Breath Retention ). For that, while breathing out the beard in the throat, leave the breath out and play it up the anus. Shrinking the anus and penis, hold out the breath according to strength and leave the anus-penis gate while breathing. This can be done in 5-6 minutes.

  6. Benefits of Ashwini Mudra :

    4. This mudra helps to cure old piles, piles too.
    5. Additionally, this mudra assists in removing negative emotions like anger, sorrow, or fear.
    6. This mudra also detoxifies the body.
    7. Reproduction of both men and women, all serious and common problems related to bladder like dreaming, thinning of semen, premature ejaculation, loosening of the penis, excessive sexual desire, persecution, irregular sexual dysfunction of women, vaginal loosening, impotence, sterility, etc. Does.
    8. It is believed that Kundalini is also awakened by this pose.

  11. Bhastrika Pranayam ( Rapid Deep Breathing )
    1. Sit in vajrasana or sukhasana (cross-legged position).
    2. (Pranayama can be more effective in vajrasana as your spine is erect and the diaphragmatic movement is better.)
    3. Makes a fist and fold your arms, placing them near your shoulders.
    4. Inhale deeply, raise your hands straight up and open your fists.
    5. Exhale slightly forcefully, bring your arms down next to your shoulders and close your fists.
    6. Continue for 20 breaths.
    7. Relax with palms on your thighs.
    8. Take a few normal breaths.
    9. Continue for two more rounds.
    Benefits :

    1. Great for energizing the body and mind.
    2. Since we maximize our lung capacity while doing it, the pranayama helps remove toxins and impurities.
    3. It helps in the sinus, bronchitis, and other respiratory issues.
    4. Improved awareness, perceptive power of senses.
    5. It helps balance doshas.
