I'm worried about this

Hello everyone

So my Nofap journey went excellent until something caused me to relapse.
Even more daunting is that I relapsed easily a handful of times after I had my longest streak ever.
But there's one thing that I've noticed during my last couple of relapses that is even more daunting than that...

When I masturbated (with and without porn) I realized that I cannot get erect with manual stimulation but still I ejaculate within a very short period of time. So what the hell is going on...? Am I sitting with the worst case of ED and PE in the existence of the human race...?
Because what happened in my last few relapses was that I can literally ejaculate in 10 seconds while still being flaccid...
How is this ever going to be rectified?
I am aiming to achieve the exact opposite of what I'm experiencing right now...
I'm in my 1st week of my current streak.
Does this require professional investigation? Because I'm really worried.
