    I have deleted instagram all should be deleted in august the 12 2022 I got so tired of the women on there who were my triggers although I can create an account I just wont bother with it as it is of know use to me anyway.

    I accidentally deleted the Instagram app from my phone. But left it like that.

    Checked it a year later, only to find the same kind of posts from a year ago! No one really changed.

    I don’t check it anymore. I don’t miss it.

    Facebook account, deleted that 10+ years ago. Don’t miss it at all either.

    Yes, the women are on there are all the same just nudity all they do is show there hot bodies I am happy mine is being deleted allso app is blocked on phone I never use it

    I deleted it too for the same reasons. Facebook will be gone forever in 2 weeks.

    I uninstalled Instagram on my phone, only use on the computer. Best decision ever. For the computer, i delete the password so every time i want to login i have to look for the password on a notebook. For me was a big trigger, checking normal girls but posting sexy pics, I´m tired of giving myself into that.They dont know me, I dont know them, I know it just a pic but it can trigger a big fantasy.
    Next step is delete it, not sure yet because i have friends there and accounts I like to see at least in Instagram, But the next logical step is delete them (Fbook and Insta)
